It was a phone interview with a recruiter from Invenergy. The interview was short and straight to the point. It took a while for the interviewer to get back to me to arrange an interview time and to get a response after the interview.

Entrevista
Short call with an Invenergy Recruiter, who asked basic work history and get to know you questions. Then set up two more calls at a later date with engineering managers of two separate teams. Was not ready to move forward on their hiring timeline, so declined to move forward with the interview process after calls with the engineering managers.

Entrevista
It's very laid back. They seem to ask very few questions but they also interviewed me for several positions. It was mostly a chance for you to ask questions. At the end one of the employees working there will take you to lunch (on the company) and you get to ask them whatever you want and kinda make a friend before you work there.
