It was an in-person interview with an Architect and one of the directors. It took about 2 hours but it was a very friendly conversation. There were no deep technical questions but discussed my experience and projects. It was a mix of both technical and leadership questions. It was a startup-level company and you need to go with a start-up mindset for the interview as you should be able to play multiple roles.
