The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. First, we spoke on the phone and later we set up an in person interview time. The interview process was relaxed and felt more like a casual conversation. The interviewers were very friendly and welcoming which helped with any feelings of anxiety. I spoke with two other individuals who work as recruiters and they shared a lot of information and opinions regarding their job in terms of positives and negatives.
