The interview process seemed great at first, but they did ghost me after the 2nd interview and then reposted the job. It is pretty demeaning to have someone go through the process and not respond to them on whether they got the job or not especially implying that I would fit into the team. I am a big proponent of the job being the right fit for both parties, but at least let people know if they did not get the job. common courtesy.
