I was contacted via my LinkedIn profile by the Director of Talent Acquisition. I was impressed that he had such a good understanding and intuition about my skills and experience despite the fact that I had been out of the workforce for eight years. I immediately got a sense that he was a very experienced recruiter who could see beyond just what was written on a profile. I progressed through the screen, first and second round of interviews but ultimately was not selected for the final round. I found the overall interviewing process to be professional and well-organized. All the interviews were friendly, well-prepared and on-time.

1:1 phone screen with recruiter. Invited on-site to meet with hiring manager and a team member. Interviewers were warm and welcoming. I had a very positive experience, but chose to pursue another opportunity in a different area of work. Great company that I would recommend to a colleague in search of a new opportunity.
