She said she would pass my information along and would get in touch with me regarding the next steps. Unfortunately, my follow-up inquires went unanswered, so I am assuming they decided to go in another direction. While I understand there are a myriad of items that can impact a candidate being selected, it does not reflect well upon a company when recruiters ignore follow-up inquiries from people they have spoken with. No one wants to be left hanging. I was more disappointed by the lack of response than being rejected. I expected better from Intuit.
