Interview process is straitforward. 1. Apply 2. Recruiter Contacts via email to schedule phone interview 3. If you meet the requirements you are sent a HireVue interview link. 4. If you pass the HireVue tax question written and verbal 5. Recieve offer letter from recruiter/ hiring manager

Have you prepared 30 tax return in the last year?
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. I first spoke with a recruiter, followed by a HireVue interview. Afterward, they informed me whether I was hired. If you’re selected to move forward, they provide your start date and send an official offer letter.

Entrevista
The Online interview had some questions about what tax forms are used for what situation and why they are used. There are probably 10 video recorded and short-response questions overall and you will submit all of the answers at the end even you're done.
The initial interview is virtual assistant interactive, AI. It can be a bit unusual if this is your first experience. I didn't think I had done very well and wasn't expecting an offer.
