Case study + panel interview
Its a very long process and they only gave you feedback in the last round which felt is a bit of waste of time. If you are time efficient, you might just ask them how serious they are on making an offer before committing to the case study and panel round.
The case study is fair. But it didn't seem to have a technical judge from their side. The product person in the panel was good and had a good appetite of scalable experiments and hypothesis testing. The technical panel were only two BAs with no data science experience. They don't seem to understand how DS would work in a SaaS company. It also felt they don't have a good practice of managing data pipeline and their data warehouse. Not uncommon among companies, but if you are an organised person and would like to set up a good practice on doing things, don't join them, it's going to be very challenging.
The panel interview was based on the case study and they asked questions based on case study and behavioural questions regarding stakeholder management, leadership, business casing etc.
In the final feedback, they picked up on a point in the behavioural questions and felt they didn't like my answer. This bit has got nothing to do with the case study, so they could have asked this question in the second round.

Interview process included recruiter, technical screening and onsite with take home case study followed by panel interview. After successfully completing the taxing interview process, the recruiter and team conversations were the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Offered a lowball offer (for a level below) and lack of flexibility on start date even after clearly stating a family medical emergency

Main screening interview is with the hiring manager to go over experience and technical programming in both SQL and Python. Following that is ridiculous craft presentation which does take a lot of time Even though the HR would say 4 to 5 hours. The old side consists of a presentation to an interview panel and subsequent individual interviews. Weather forecast was mostly on ML theory, product sense. Was ghosted after the interview lol
