I was referred by an internal employee. At first I did not get a call and after his follow up, I got an invite for an intervew. First was a screening with the recruiter. They then sent me a take home SQL test and gave me two days to finish it. I sent it back after which I was invited for an interview with another team member. I was told that position requires statiscall analysis and other concepts were clearly written for which I had prepared. At my interview, the interviewer asked completely different domain specific product analytics questions that were not mentioned in the JD or the email. When at the end of the interview I asked about the skills that were mentioned in the JD and email chain, I was told this interview is for a newer launch so that does not apply ( how was I supposed to know that?). We went through another SQL exercise which I got it correct. However, It has been over two months and I still have not recieved a reject. Have sent multiple emails to the recruiter. Ghosting candidates shows alot abou the company and its culture.
The technical interviewee lady was very disrespectful and made me feel low esteemed. It was a live 1:1 SQL coding assignment and at the end she was implying how unqualified I am and how she was "shocked".

Recruiter Call for 20 min. Got an email from the recruiter where I only applied for online. No referrals. It was a typical recruiter interview regarding experience, explanation of JD. They asked specific experiences related to the job like the last project, or who were the stakeholders, etc.
