Entrevista
Initial communications on the opening were done via phone with an internal company recruiter who was well prepared with descriptions and information on the position and the broader department/supervisor. Personal interviews were done with the hiring manager and 2 peer level staff from the department -- approximately 45 minutes with each person individually. Focus of the hiring manager interview was on the people skills of the position such as change management and supervision -- little focus on the financial insights or acumen required for the position. During the overall process, delays in scheduling the in-person interviews and in learning the results of the interviews were from the hiring manager's schedule who is currently performing the work of this position and has been for more than 6 months.
