I applied on the website and received a call from the recruiter, who later setup a call with the Hiring Manager. My call went well and I was called for an onsite Interview. However, a day after receiving the schedule for Onsite interview, I was informed that they are moving ahead with another candidate who they previously had on their radar. This was very disappointing since they already had candidates in the final stages of the interview and yet were simultaneously restarting first round interviews with other candidates.
