The interview process itself was fine, but the post-interview communication could be improved. I attended a physical interview and never received any update regarding the outcome of my application. I understand that not all candidates will be selected, but a simple update would be appreciated, especially after candidates have taken the time to attend an in-person interview. I also followed up with HR for an update but did not receive a response. Hopefully, the company can improve its candidate communication moving forward.
