Easy. The Interview was conversational, informative as well as professional. The recruiter gave some background on how she started in the company and was promoted to her current position. I didn't have many questions as that I researched the industry prior to applying. I would recommend anyone who desires to be in this industry to find a company who is in alignment with your sales style.

Easy interview, very nice people. Will ask you about how many years you've been in the industry. Will get you setup pretty fast and if you can training the next day! Immediate hiring. Irma from HR was great, she was easy to talk to and got everything set up for me relatively quickly. Good communication on her end. The people that I worked with there had good communication and support.

Entrevista
On boarding process was unusually fast. This company is based in Texas and does everything via phone. Interview over the phone was more about getting to know the company and how it operates. I am without work and decided to go with this commission only sales position. Once they decide to move forward with you as a sales rep they will schedule an online training the next day and schedule leads for you the following day. So be prepared to have a clear schedule.
