It took about a month from recruiter reaching out to me to getting the offer letter. I had 2 phone interviews followed by in person interview with the team, my manager and a VP. In person interview was fantastic, no difficult questions and I had a great feel for the company.

A lot of round interviews. The process is fair and straightforward. Hiring Manager is professional, understand what he needs and asks relevant questions.
The process allows you to meet the team which is good.

The first one very basic with HR, then I had a very cool conversation with 3 managers, and the last one was the with VP, very straightforward interviews.
