Entrevista
In house recruiter reached out to me via e-mail. A phone interview was agreed on in two days time. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes - spoke about work history, skills, what I bring to the table. Was given a scenario with a "How would you handle this?" - went into detail, recruiter seemed pleased. Very pleasant experience and was advised there would be a 1:1 scheduled within the next week. However, despite my follow up calls and e-mails, never heard back.If the position was filled - fine - but you don't just not reply, what does it take to get back and say "Sorry, we went with another candidate"? Not very professional in my opinion.
I rate the experience as "Negative" given the fact that no one got back to me.

Entrevista
Disjointed process that ultimately led internal team to change job description mid-flight, effectively ending the process with no real rhyme or reason. Their poor reputation preceded them and they lived up (down) to every bit of it. Stay away - they don’t have their stuff together.
Short and direct. A full round of questions from the past executives. Challenged me to dig deep and think big. The CFO asked me the best question that I every heard!

Entrevista
The interview was conducted over the phone. The open position was for a director in the global division, but conducted as if for an entry level position. The questions were childish and not connected, it felt as if the interviewer had gone on line and printed out interview questions. Interviews at that level should be more conversational, less interrogating.
