      Entrevista

      The interview process was on-site, in Greek, and consisted of the following: - 2x45min written technical assessment tests (multiple choice) - 45min interview with recruiter - 45min technical interview with panel of tech employees The written assessment was not presonalised, as it contained questions for technologies that were not on my resume. The recruiter instructed me to leave questions about technologies with which I was not familiar blank, as "this was the standard test that all candidates got despite their stated skillset". I finished 1h earlier. The interview with HR was not focused on me as a candidate; it was more like a casual conversation regading the state of the work force today. There were no behavioral questions, and few questions about my background. The interview finished ±15mins earlier than expected. The questions asked during the technical interview were focused on algorithms and differences between programming languages. Some were challenging. The panel of employees that conducted the tech interview consisted of 5 people, which seemed excessive, given the fact that it was not diverse age-wise or sex-wise. Overall, more than half of the interview process was a literal waste of my time, as all I did was wait around for the next stage. Apart from the technical interview, where they put my skills to test, the rest of the process seemed unnecessary, especially for an on-site interview process. Their HR department responded more than 2 months later to inform me that they would not move forward with my candidacy.
