I completed a written task submitted in advance. This included drafting an email to summarise IntoUniversity's mission and to attract potential supporters, and also a question related to a safeguarding incident. I also had to prepare a presentation on the barriers young people face to accessing education. I delivered the presentation at the start of the interview, responses to questions re. the presentation, and then was asked some scenario/ competancy-based questions.
