Wonderful and relatively relaxed interview process. Had two rounds of interviews (one phone and one online video) as well as a facility tour. The head of the hiring department was very personable and gave me frequent updates throughout the process.

How do you generally approach a project you are unfamiliar with?
Phone screening followed by in person or virtual interview. Depends on job title additional steps may be required. They usually look for hands on experience with specific standards and lab equipment usage.

At first they call me for preinterview after a month they fix the interview time with unit manager and technical leader it's take 30 min they ask me to say short summery and then ask me about motivation causes, weakness and strength ,and some technical question

In-person interview. 1-2 week decision window, they said. After that time passed, I politely inquired if there was a status update. No response. I guess ghosting is my answer. I found this both unprofessional and undignified to treat a candidate, who took the time to drive out and meet with them, this way.
