The GC manager and interview coordinator sat me in private room, asked me questions about my resume, and discussed what would be demanded from the position. We had approximately 30-40 minutes of conversation, then I was given a tour of the facility, which went on for about another 30 minutes.

Self introducing myself as an artist is so much more than a job interview I have done for a while and it’s been so rewarding and fulfilling for so long I feel so much more comfortable in the world than ever and it’s just a lot more rewarding than the other people have done in my career so thank goodness

Applied online, got an email for an in-person interview, answered basic lab safety questions, basic chemistry, and basic result reporting, then took a tour around the lab. Hiring process took about 5 weeks, give or take because of the holidays.
