After resume screening, the interview process involves three rounds: a guesstimate assessment to test estimation skills, a technical round focusing on SQL, puzzles, and project knowledge, and an HR round to evaluate your fit with the company culture and assess your soft skills.

First round is an assignment (guesstimate) followed by a technical interview. The interviewers were in a hurry and wrapped up the interview in 13 minutes. They were not welcoming and it felt like they had already chosen another candidate prior to my interview, which made my interview just a formality. The questions asked were not technical or related to data analysis. It was a disappointing experience as I had prepared well for the technical aspects but that effort went in vain. I didn't get a fair chance. There is a high scope of improvement in the range of relevant questions that should be asked in a technical interview.
