I had a phone interview with a confused HR person who was reading a script (which come on for an executive position? You can't have a normal conversation?). She was very robotic and very uncomfortable going off-script so I stopped trying. She told me she would be 'in touch' and that (and I quote) "if I was feeling neglected definitely to send her an email'. After 3 weeks of no word I followed up and it's now approximately 2 months after the initial call ... do yo think I should still wait? :)
The whole thing felt unprofessional EVEN for a non-profit....
