I learned about International Paper at my college career fair. Within a couple of minutes of talking to the people around the career booth, I was taken to a different room and had an interview with the main guy. It was fairly straight forward with the questions being purely behavioral. Over good experience.

Entrevista
A series of questions that describe logistical preferences which then led to a series of behavioral questions. The behavioral questions were pretty straight forward but some of the questions had difficult wording.
Was given a phone call interview about the programs. The next step was to do an onsite interview. We asked about my background and mostly talked about the role. The opportunity was great but the growth was contingent on moving to other places/factory locations.

I first applied online, then waited a few weeks to hear. First a phone interview and screening process. Panel Interview with upper management, mill tour, and plenty of time to answer questions.
