Initial - Phone Interview Second Round - 1:1 with two managers from Purchasing. Mostly behavioral interview. I was rejected due to lack of experience. They asked questions to assess response to different situations at work. A few technical questions were asked but not too detailed. This was mostly regarding the current job resposnsibilties.
