The interview process was very laid back. The HR recruiter was very friendly and personable-very easy to get along with.
My first round interview was on the phone and was very conversational. This is a very young company. They mainly were looking to get to know me.
The second round interview was an in office interview. I talked to four executives in the company and got the opportunity to shadow an employee.

Entrevista
Great interview, good questions, felt personal, wanted to know about your morals, and experience, and why you want the job. Overall, very impressed. Also received feedback from each employee. I felt confident for my next round after the feedback was given.

Entrevista
I just did a phone interview and it was the most unprofessional interview. It started 10 minutes late and was the most degrading interview. The interview was very informal and he was very rude. Spent more time undermining my abilities than trying to learn more about me and sell the company. He said he had been working for the company for 11 years, but his LinkedIn shows 8 years and those 8 years were broken up with two jobs in between. At the end, he asked if I could “handle” the job. Excuse me? Also, when I asked about work culture, he just talked about them throwing parties and having ping pong tables and foosball tables. Didn’t say anything about the actual culture and how the people and supervisors are. Major red flags all around. At the end, I told him I was not interested. He spent a lot of time complaining about the job rather than praising.
