Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Internal Data Resources (Dallas, TX) en oct 2017
Entrevista
The phone interview was easy and laid back and I immediately received confirmation of an on-site interview. The insight interview was fine but nothing special. The lack of professionalism came after the on-site interview when I heard NOTHING from anyone. I called and left several voicemails and several emails only to be ignored. This is shocking because I interviewed at a RECRUITING firm and during the RECRUITMENT process. I was left out to dry without a single word in any direction. This is so unprofessional and I am extremely unimpressed with this company. It has been 2 months since the last interview and still no word. If I had not followed up with several people it would be one thing, but I made a point of reaching out to everyone I interacted with and was completely ignored. If this is the type of company that drops the ball on the most basic interview courtesy, I can’t imagine how day to day life is.

The phone interview was basic and easy. Just be enthusiastic and personable. Then they set up an in person interview in a small room with one other person. It was awkward, but they do most of the talking. They asked the basic questions so know your answers to those. They also look for you asking questions about the job/company to show interest.

Entrevista
The first interview was a phone interview. The second interview took place at the Atlanta office. The first part of the in-person interview was held with three staff members and the second half was one-on-one with the Atlanta office's manager. Everyone was professional, kind and informative.
