Working out - "It’s so fundamental to the company’s culture that internal job candidates are invited to join the boot camp to bond with the team."
Most likely if you dont do well at boot camp or on fun run you will not be asked back. If you do good on one you will be asked to join the other (has something to do with recruiting but im not sure what)
Come in and shadow
Write an essay
Meet with mgmt about 3 times and then they make their decision
Drug test and background check

Are you an A player? Ready to work hard? (When I say hard I dont mean put in 100% that means giving up your free time and family time to work hard - eventually they say it pays off and you get to play hard)

Great interview, good questions, felt personal, wanted to know about your morals, and experience, and why you want the job. Overall, very impressed. Also received feedback from each employee. I felt confident for my next round after the feedback was given.

I just did a phone interview and it was the most unprofessional interview. It started 10 minutes late and was the most degrading interview. The interview was very informal and he was very rude. Spent more time undermining my abilities than trying to learn more about me and sell the company. He said he had been working for the company for 11 years, but his LinkedIn shows 8 years and those 8 years were broken up with two jobs in between. At the end, he asked if I could “handle” the job. Excuse me? Also, when I asked about work culture, he just talked about them throwing parties and having ping pong tables and foosball tables. Didn’t say anything about the actual culture and how the people and supervisors are. Major red flags all around. At the end, I told him I was not interested. He spent a lot of time complaining about the job rather than praising.
