Lots of relatively short interviews with different members of the team. Pretty even mix of fit/culture/get-to-know-you questions and more technical questions. They also made sure to leave quite a bit of time for applicant questions - unusual in such a short conversation.

Virtual interviews with different members of the Intermountain Investment Team. Interviews ranged from conversations with an Analyst, Associate, and Partners. Further into the process I was asked to complete a case study.
