Hired on initially as a patient care tech. Found the job posting on the companies web site and was in nursing school at the time. After finishing school I was hired on by the floor I worked on because I had a good rapport with staff and my manager. Once working for IHC, it is easy to move around within the organization if so desired and will to be a competent employee

Pretty simple. Behavioral interview questions and questions about my experience with my direct manager. They said they had more interviews to conduct and I was offered the job that same day.

Entrevista
In person interview with nurse manager. The interviewer asked questions about work experience, coping skills, and what expectations I had for the position. Interviewer answered all my questions, gave me a tour, and overview of what a typical day looks like.
Standard interview with straightforward questions. They asked me all the questions that you would expect to be asked during nursing area and they were super friendly. The Interview was via Microsoft teams
