The interview and hiring process took 7+ weeks from the initial interview to the offer. I met with the manager for the first interview and then came back and met with the director (via skype), other project managers, other area managers and the president during a 3 hour interview. They were extremely thorough - I completed several online assessments. The final interview was a face-to-face with the director. It sounds worse than it was - I appreciate their commitment to finding the right person. The interview questions were average to difficult and focused primarily on skills and teamwork.
