I had a phone interview which took about 30 minutes. It went really well and the interviewer wanted to move me ahead. He sent me the next level information and a personality survey which I completed promptly and thoroughly. Never heard from him again. I even sent a follow-up email and nothing.

The last step was a 2 hour interview with the CEO, over the phone. He struck me as a "car salesman" type. The rest of the process was very standard, typical. Phone interview, in person, disk profile, etc.
