I applied online and was contacted via email to schedule an interview with the Director of Talent Acquisition a few days later. At the end of our phone interview I was told that she loved my experience and wanted to schedule a phone call with the hiring manager and myself and that I would hear from her either later that day, or the next day about available times. I was never contacted again. I followed up the next day with a thank you email and still no response. A week and a half later I reached out again to see about scheduling, or to ask if they had decided to move on with another candidate - still nothing. I found this wildly unprofessional and honestly quite rude, I wouldn't recommend any professionals that I know apply to work there since this seems to be a recurring issue. When I initially read the other glassdoor reviews about this behavior I thought maybe there were miscommunications but this was pretty clearcut, they are just unprofessional. I applied there because I thought it seemed like a good company that was doing important work but if this is how the Director of Talent Acquisition works then I think it's probably a pretty big red flag about how the rest of the company operates.
