The recruiter reached out over email after I had applied online. The first round was with the recruiter and she spoke very well and was well aware of the details of the job. The next round was with the VP of engineering. It was again about the usual behavioral interview questions and questions about my technical expertise . Then I was scheduled to have a round 3 interview with the engineering manager and a test engineer from the team. They asked me questions on the testing process, and spoke about their current problems and how would I help resolve those issues . The recruiter responded saying the VP of engineering was out on vacation and would get back in a week. However its been almost 2 weeks since I last heard from the recruiter and I have tried to reach her through email and phone, but no response.
They are showing no professionalism in handling candidates . At least they should close candidacy if they have hired another candidate or keep me updated on the process. However there is no professionalism shown
