My first interview was with a brief intro call with a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. The conversation revolved around previous experiences, the culture of Interface, and the responsibilities of the role. While the conversation was formal, I also felt invited to be more relaxed rather which really helped me provide the best answers. The final interview was with the hiring manager and department director. I enjoyed the rather short interview process because I felt that Interface was sure of what type of candidate they wanted and moved with intention throughout the interview process.
