I was supposed to start with a phone screening with HR. They were out on vacation so I was automatically pushed into the next round with someone on the team. The interview lasted 30 minutes and was behavioral. I reached out and didn't hear back for 3 weeks until I got a generic rejection. HR did a poor job prepping me for the rest of the process.
