1 - Phone interview was good.
2 - 1 on 1 on-location interview was not good.
a - Interview started late, I waited 45 minutes in waiting room for director to show up, waiting room was next to director's office, he was loud on phone with someone discussing Pats game and I was waiting outside his room enjoing his manners.
b - After 45 minutes, he came out to get me and he told me that he was chating with client about new software errors.
c - First question he asked: who am I and why I am here, then he says he is very busy guy and don't have all the details.
d - Second question: why should I hire you
e - Third Question: do you know what kind of app issues we are having
f - 4th question: how you find out about this job, I was stopped after 20 second everytime and never allowed to provide full answer.
g - In 50 minutes of interview, he received and called 8 times about, lunch, game, his new car and his office door.
h - At the middle of interview, he asked about my resume and asked again what position was that.
i - At the end of interview he told me that he is late for lunch and someone will call or email me.
