The process was really cool actually. There was nice application process where you watch a video and then submit your application, and you really had to put some thought into it. Then there was a written test which asked some really challenging questions, a mix of interpersonal skills and technical. After that step there was a culture interview, which was super fun, as these guys are just really nice people. That was as far as I got, but the entire experience was really pleasant, and their communication is prompt and very professional. Strange feeling in the end, gutted not to get the job, but left feeling happy because of the experience they gave me.
