First interview was with HR, followed up by three online exams (one was for critical thinking, one was a personality exam, and the third was a coding test). You must get at least an 80% on the critical thinking exam to even be considered for any position in the company. They pride themselves on having a lower acceptance rate than Harvard. After the exams I had an interview with a hiring manager, plus two VPs. CEO has final say in who gets hired, so you can get through all phases with flying colors and still not get the job. Definitely the most grueling process I've ever been through.
