Long, very long, about 6 months and quite difficult. Interview process was painfully drawn out, as I went through different level managers. Felt sometimes like it was on purpose. Do not recommend if you do care about feeding yourself.

Honestly ridiculous. I applied online, after a few days I received an email requesting me to complete 3 different assessments online, two of them taking approx 45 and 85 mins. I replied saying that I would gladly go ahead and take them all, but only after a first call in which we could discuss the details of the positions (I have a couple of crucial questions to ask, not to mention the budget) and see confirm our mutual interest to proceed further. I didn't receive a reply. After one week I wrote again, asking to delete my data as their no-reply was an obvious statement. At that point the HR lady wrote me that that's the first mandatory step to DETERMINE WHETHER THEIR REQUIREMENTS ARE MET. It's 2024, no one should care if this company has 4.2 stats and 82% recommendation rate, the hiring process is bilateral: the candidate needs to convince the company, as much as the company has to do the opposite. Needless to say I withdrew my application, huge red flag.
