I completed a numerical reasoning test prior to a remote interview. The time element of the test was challenging, as it was meant to be, but not unfair. The interview was conducted remotely. It was a friendly and relaxed interview. There were a number of quite specific competency questions. Following the interview, I did not receive any further communication to advise on the outcome. I thought this was particularly poor as I was advised that I could receive feedback if I was unsuccessful. I also emailed the interviewer a few weeks following the interview for an update and did not receive any response.
