Met the recruiter at a career fair, and kept in contact via email. They first put me in touch with a recruiter to ask some basic questions, and then had me to a more difficult interview a week later. They said that the next round would be to go meet with some of the execs in person.

One phone screen followed by three technical interviews. The interviews started out very easy and got progressively more difficult as the process progressed. I got feedback on my interviews usually just hours after I completed them.
