I applied online. The process took 5 Days. I interviewed at ISS SOFTTECH(Bangalore) The initial call from a recruiter, There were two people on the phone interview and were very friendly later, After the two phone interviews, Second session a couple of days later, Face to face interview with 1-3 managers at the office which was well organized. It took only one day to complete the entire process. The interview was very easy to clear with great communication skills to get selected.
