The interview process was smooth, the HR rep was kind and supportive throughout. I had 4 rounds in total, 1 with HR which was fairly straightforward as it consisted of mundane behavioural questions, followed by 1 with a Marketing Manager with technical assignments involved. I had another interview with the chief of operations which felt like an extension to the technical assessment but demanded tougher analytical interpretations. The last round was with the founders who wanted to understand my motivation behind joining Intellemo
