Good communication initially, very friendly attitude. Unfortunately it's one of those companies that just ghost you when they're not interested instead of letting you know. I decided to withdraw my application after 5 weeks of not hearing back from them, to which they replied they had JUST decided to try to onboard me that day, without telling me anything beforehand, which just shows how much of a petty lie that is. If this is their interview process, I don't think their work environment is much better.
