The company HR (not consultant) called me for interview after screening my CV as per her advise. On the interview day, after waiting for 1 hr. , the HR informed me that i don't have relevant experience and didn't even go ahead with the interview. I don't understand What 'screening is done' and how does this happen for laterals/senior positions.

Three rounds of domain regarding market,policies and wealth management .first rounds was HR rounds with behavior based questions.sexond round was technical on the financial instruments and last round also technical where depth understanding of market was asked
