The first round of interview with HR took 2 days to schedule it for a next week, then rescheduled by interviewer for 3 days later. The recruiter did not update on the status and I wrote them after 10 days; I got a confirmation then that we are proceeding to a technical phone interview, which took 4 more days just to schedule a date & time. I got an invitation for the interview but suddenly on-site instead of a phone call – it looked like recruiters are not following up with whom they are talking, what they are scheduling, etc. I was applying from overseas so this could not be suitable for me; interview was changed to a phone call then. On the day of technical interview I did not receive any calls, later I was informed that interviewer tried to call but received and incorrect phone number response (and before that we were talking with HR by the phone number of times!). Finally I was told that I'll be contacted on a first week of January after Irish national holidays regarding scheduling a technical interview. I could not wait until that time as another company was much quicker and has already made an offer at that moment. Recruiting team in this company is either overloaded or doesn't care at all, causing huge delays and errors in replies. As of today, those recruiters are not working in the company anymore, so maybe we can hope that the things are changed.
