Blown away by the interview process. It is very thorough and you will meet with high level management. I was told very quickly that I was accepted for the position. The initial training process is also very insightful and shows how much this company cares about the success of its employees.

I applied via the Integrity website. I was then contacted via email from the Director of Talent Acquisitions regarding the position. She sent me an email with the job description, and asked a few questions that I had to answer. Afterwards, she sent me a link to complete an personality assessment. Once that was completed- She then sent me an email to schedule a face to face interview. I scheduled. The next day I went into the Branch and met with the Area Manager. We sat down and talked for about 45 minutes. He told me more about the position, and then it was a basic conversation about how my skills and experience would fit into the Integrity brand, and the role. Once that was done, we shook hands, and he sent me on my way. Two days later I received a phone call regarding the next steps of the hiring process, which was a face to face interview with the Branch Manager. I interviewed the same day. It was a basic interview, and sort of like the first interview. 2 business days later - I received a phone call with an offer.
