The interview was hardly an interview. The interviewer asked basic questions about availability, had me sign typical employment paperwork, and oral instant drug test, then took a photo for ID. It was more of a 'raise your hand and you're hired' sort of process that if you met the minimum requirements (a pulse and a clean drug test) you got the job. There were no surprises, they told you everything you needed to know up front. The start date they gave, however, got pushed back maybe three weeks due to no availability in the training class.
