Phone screening with HR and then onsite with management staff. Was brought in with the idea that this was more of a formality. Once I came in and was placed in a hotel finished the interview to be told that my experience was not sufficient. It was a complete waste of time and caused me to take two days of PTO from my current job including one to drive there and one to get back. Think long and hard before wasting your time with their interview process. I was very upfront with my resume and skills and they called me weeks later and left a message that was generic and disingenuous.
