I applied online on indeed. 2 days later I got a call from a recruiter to schedule an online Microsoft Teams video interview. My interviewer was a Residential Administrator. She asked the questions one would expect for a DSP position. She let me know some basic information about the house they were hiring for and asked questions about my availability. At the end of the interview, I was told to wait for a call from HR to hear whether they were going to offer me the position or not. Later in the day I got the call and accepted the job offer. HR rep sent me docu-sign paperwork via email and told me where to go for the pre-employment drug test. This company does not test for THC.
