Overall appalling process. Communication has been slow or non existant and the vibe has always been that they are hiring to replace people; rather than hiring to fill a role or grow. The people I spoke with were very polite and interesting at every stage.

The interview is totally absurd. A non technical person calls for an initial screening round and doesn't understand what we say. Though, I answered all questions, she was expecting mugged up answers exactly as present in her manual, with the same wordings. Lol..how one can guess exact answers as present in their manual. The Interview is totally absurd for a technical person. Don't waste time interviewing here.

I applied online and a recruiter contacted me for a one hour technical interview with a non technical person. She had a heavy accent that was tough to understand. I had to repeat for clarification which made her very "ANGRY". I know the exact question she asked me in the last- "which keyword will you use to ensure that two threads can safely access the same variable?" I answered "Volatile" and I was ready to explain further but she was looking for only "Synchronized". Also, she was not pronouncing varchar as we do. Everything irritated her and she cut it in 5 minutes only that was very rude. She said "this tells us where we stand, and we cannot proceed further". How rude is that??
